A tenant is an individual or business who leases retail or office space. Our tenant clients rely on us to locate the ideal space for their use, negotiate the lowest possible price under the best terms, and assist in drawing up and interpreting letters of intent and lease agreements.
We work with clients only, no customers. Our fee is negotiable and is often paid by the landlord.
Landlord
A landlord owns real estate and leases it to an individual or business. Our landlord clients rely on us to market their property, negotiate the highest possible price under the best terms, and to present and interpret the lease agreement to the tenants' representative.
